The tooth obviously had other ideas as less than an hour later after his bath, the little blighter went and fell out! There was a frantic search on the floor and a bit of blood which freaked F out a little, but once that stopped he was the proud owner of a lovely new gap!
I was so excited for him as I think he is one of the last in his class to lose one of his teeth and lots of them have shiny, new grown up teeth already.
He was also excited to use one of these!
He'd picked this one out when I made a batch of them a while ago, so we had a bit of a hunt for this too. Luckily we found it and he has gone to bed very excited tonight.
I wonder what the going rate is for the tooth fairy these days?

The TF leaves a pound at our house. I blame my mother for getting a little tooth pot which had a pound sized hole!
Awww, I must take a picture of Will's baby toothy grin before he starts to loose it. xxx
Congratulations to Felix! You will treasure that photo with all his milk teeth intact. The tooth fairy leaves a pound in our house too... sometimes she's so busy she forgets and we have to leave a large note. Have been catching up on your blog - was delighted to see D with my bag! I've already used it loads. It's a great size and very strong (thanks for such good handles). I've seen people looking at it admiringly.
The Whitstable tooth fairy left a pound too, so that must be the going rate! Thanks Ali and Seymour!
Jenny you must get a lovely snap of those baby teeth - I am so glad I did, it is another little milestone reached when those teeth start to fall out!
Glad you are enjoying the bag Seymour!
